confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 

4. Vehicle Usage
     When renting an EV from Yana, you agree to:

• Use the EV in a safe and responsible manner.
• Comply with all traffic laws and regulations.
• Return the EV in the same condition as when it was rented, except for normal wear and tear.
• Report any damage, accidents, or theft immediately to Yana.

5. Rental Period and Fees
The rental period begins when you unlock the EV and ends when you return it to a designated

• Yana parking location and lock it.
•  Rental fees are calculated based on the duration of the rental period and are detailed in our
• App.
• Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or loss of the EV.

6. Payment
You authorize Yana to charge your payment method for all fees incurred during your use of our
Services. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

•  Use the EV for illegal activities.
• Allow others to use the EV without prior authorization from Yana.
• Tamper with or modify the EV.
• Operate the EV under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

8. Liability and Insurance

• You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the EV during your rental period.
• Yana provides liability insurance coverage as required by law. You may be responsible for
• additional costs not covered by our insurance.

9. Termination
Yana reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time,
without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. 

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yana, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from
any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our Services.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Odisha,
without regard to its conflict of law principles. 

13. Changes to Terms
Yana may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the
new Terms on our App. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your
acceptance of the new Terms.
